Alex started out as a personal trainer and fitness instructor in 2011, and has since been on a journey of mastering his understanding of the science behind performance. Backed by a 1st class honours BSc and MSci in Strength & Conditioning, he’s well on his way to achieving his goals.
Alex is a highly motivated coach with a strong passion for sports performance, and a sound understanding of the mechanics of movement. Throughout his sessions, he takes great care to break down techniques for all levels while implementing scientifically sound training interventions – delivering sustainable results safely and effectively.
Going forward, Alex is looking to develop his knowledge of both CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting to provide groups and individuals with professional, fun, individualised and rewarding sessions
