Callum has always had a passion for all things health and fitness, but truly began his career in Health and Fitness in 2015, when he became a qualified personal trainer. His first few years in the industry were spent in a commercial environment, balancing managerial fitness roles with recreational powerlifting.
After spending a few years powerlifting as a hobby, Callum discovered a love for Olympic Weightlifting which ultimately introduced him to the concepts of CrossFit and Functional Fitness. He now combines his passions, experience, education, and abilities as a certified British Weightlifting Level 1 Coach and CrossFit L1 Coach for both groups and individuals at Orwell Fitness.
Callum loves nothing more than sharing his passion and enthusiasm with others and watching members develop their skills in the fun and engaging environment he creates.
